As we set the clocks forward on March 9, it’s the perfect time to reset routines and refocus on wellness! Designed for new members, the Spring Forward! Challenge for New Members helps build consistency and accountability in the early stages of a wellness journey.
Participants set a weekly attendance goal (2x, 3x, or 4x per week), track progress through check-ins, and earn points toward weekly raffles. Stay motivated, stay on track, and make the most of longer days with this fun and rewarding challenge!
New members are defined as those whose member record was created less than 160 days before the registration date. This does not include returning members. Must register to participate.
