Fitness for Kids
Children build strength, flexibility, and confidence through fun, age-appropriate activities. From tackling challenges on the outdoor Warrior Course to improving balance and focus in our Stretch & Shine yoga classes, kids stay active while developing healthy habits. Every program is designed to support physical wellness, coordination, and self-esteem in a supportive, encouraging environment.
