Fitness for Kids

Children build strength, flexibility, and confidence through fun, age-appropriate activities. From tackling challenges on the outdoor Warrior Course to improving balance and focus in our Stretch & Shine yoga classes, kids stay active while developing healthy habits. Every program is designed to support physical wellness, coordination, and self-esteem in a supportive, encouraging environment.

For children ages 3-5. Stretch & Shine is an environment where we will foster positive attitudes while building flexibility, strength, and focus. Children will learn yoga basics such as mindful movements, breathing techniques, and new poses. Classes will include gentle stretching, poses with playful themes, guided relaxation time with stories, and many opportunities for confidence building. This class is for all experience levels, promoting physical wellness, emotional regulation, and inner calm – all while learning and making friends.
