Healthy For The Holidays

Give yourself the gift of healthier habits. You will receive the tools and resources to help you achieve a healthy holiday season through exercise, self-care, nutrition, and behavior changes. Healthy through the holidays aims to support you by providing small, achievable steps then building onto them each week. The program will meet Mondays from October 10 through Nov 21. Program includes:

Access to meal plans, holiday tips, recipes, workouts, and more

Weekly workout 6:15-6:45 pm

Weekly Wellness workshop 7-7:30 pm

Bi-weekly incentives/participation prizes
