Run Club
Runners, take your mark! This popular program will begin on Sept. 14 and will give kids the opportunity to participate in a supervised running group using the trails and neighborhood near the YMCA on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This class will be limited to 15 participants to ensure the safest environment.

Saturday Adventure Camp
This new program is designed to give kids a half-day camp experience on Saturdays. Kids will explore the outdoors, play games, learn new skills and swim. Campers need to bring a swimsuit, towel, water bottle and lunch. This class will be limited to 20 participants to ensure the safest environment.

Tang Soo Do, Beginning & Continuing
Tang Soo Doo is a family-structured 2,000-year-old system of self defense with a systematic approach to learning blocking, kicks, and striking while gaining flexibility, discipline, morals, and ethics. This program is taught by 3rd, 5th, and 8th, Degree Black Belts of the American Tang Soo Do Association.

Tumbling
Saturday mornings aren’t complete without tumbling with Mr. Marc! Beginning September 19, youth tumbling returns at 10:30 a.m. in the Large Gym.
*This class will be limited to 12 participants to ensure the safest environment. Children must have completed kindergarten in order to register.*

Warrior Fitness
Kids can build strength and stamina while navigating the obstacles on the Y’s outdoor Warrior Fitness Course. This program begins on Jan. 12th and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5:30 p.m. This program will be limited to 15 participants to ensure the safest environment.
