TRX , Total Resistance Exercises, is a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL, Randy Hetrick. TRX is a form of suspension training that uses bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
Each session is seven weeks. Participants can register in advance for the entire session, or purchase-drop-in classes on a space-available basis.
MEMBERS: $45/session, $8 drop-in
NON-MEMBERS: $90/session, $15 drop-in.
