Mind-Body exercises combine body movement, mental focus, and controlled breathing to improve strength, balance, flexibility, core strength, and overall health and wellness. Examples of these programs are Yoga, Pilates, and Yogilates.

Exercises in this program are performed with large muscle movements, attention to effort, and multiple postures. It is designed to help improve physical and cognitive function along with balance. Multiple tools and props will be used for all fitness levels.
