Water Exercise: Water Aerobics Large Pool

The Water exercise classes in the Large Pool  focus on elevating your heart rate for a cardiovascular benefit.
There are shallow and deep water classes available.

Due to limited space available in our free classes we ask that you limit to one class per session or 2 days a week of FREE Water Exercise classes. (two dips in the pool per week).
