Water Exercise: Warm Water Pool
The warm water pool offers an average water temperature of 88 degrees, steps and a chair lift to access the pool and hand rails inside the pool.
These classes are designed to work on range of motion and flexibility rather than cardiovascular fitness.
In efforts to ensure that all members have the opportunities to enjoy the Y’s free water exercise classes, adult members may register for only one free water exercise classes per session. (total of 2 days each week- unless the class is the 8am M/W/F)

Aqua Balance
Emphasizes balance, flexibility, and core muscle strengthening, helping to relieve joint stiffness. Joint-friendly for those with mild to moderate arthritis symptoms. Being in the water water deep also improves circulation in the legs. Space is limited. We kindly request selecting one of the available sessions listed. Held in the warm pool.

Bionic Baby Boomers
For individuals preparing for or recovering from knee or hip surgery, this class targets strengthening around these joints, as well as posture and core. Enhances muscle strength before and after surgery, facilitating recovery. Exercise comfortably with reduced body weight in waist-high water. Held in the warm pool.
